Elfin Lakes | Elevation 1500m | Winter 2025
My good friend Simone was visiting Vancouver, from Montreal, and wanted to do a film photography adventure (crazy considering he brought his RB67, but that’s why I love Quebecers). We decided to do a big day from the lower parking area, and do the winter Elfin Lakes Trail in one day. Of importance to us was capturing the textures of the snow, the scale of the landscape, and play with the nearly monochromatic scenes in front of us – all while catching up on each other’s lives, of course.

Total length: 32km, elevation gain: 688m
